Event Details
After serving 40 years as a police officer, 8 of which were with the Lockport Police Department, Chief of Police Terry Lemming will retire August 15th. Deputy Chief Richard Harang has been names as his successor. Rich Harang has served with the Lockport Police Department for 22 years and is a graduate of the FBI Academy. Rich will share his plans and visions for the future of the Lockport Police Department and community.
